Open the publication and click Subscribe. Enter your email. If you are already signed in, that email is filled in for you. You still confirm it in the window. Nothing is sent until you click Subscribe there.
If you are not signed in with that same email, we send a confirmation message. Open it and confirm. After that, you are on the list and new posts are emailed to you.
If the writer wrote a welcome email, you get it the first time you subscribe. You do not get it again if you were already on the list.
