Every post email and welcome email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Open it and you leave that publication's list. Thank-you emails will include the same link once paid subscriptions are available.
You can also open the manage subscriptions page from those emails. It lists every publication you subscribe to, and you can leave one of them or all of them.
Unsubscribing stops new post emails. It does not delete your Cantabook sign-in.
