How do I import a post?

Updated 3 days ago

You can bring a post you've already written into Cantabook in two ways. Start a new post and click Import in the editor toolbar.

Post URL: paste the link to a public post from Substack, Paragraph, Ghost, or another supported platform. We bring in the text, formatting and images, and pick a cover image from the post for you.
Markdown: paste or type Markdown, and headings, lists, links and formatting come through as they are.

Importing replaces whatever is already in the editor, so start from a fresh post. Then add your title and subtitle, check the cover on the review screen, and publish as usual.
